Use a color drawing, photographs or even the school mascot to create a unique custom digital or drawn art cover.

Holding a cover-art contest? Great! we can put the winning art on the front cover, multiple runners-up on the back cover and place all entries throughout your yearbook!

How to Submit Scanned or Digital Art

Cover designs must be 8.5 x 11″ @ 300 dpi
Keep words and text 1/2 inch from the edge of the page to ensure that no important elements are cut off.
Check with us for cover art due date.

How to Submit Drawn Art

All drawn art must be submitted on 8.5 x 11″ plain white paper.
Keep words and text 1/2 inch from the edge of the paper to ensure that no important elements are cut off.
If you are submitting multiple designs for the front and back covers, indicate the placement of each design on the back of the artwork in pencil.
Check with us for cover art due date.

We will provide a PDF proof of your finished cover for approval before the yearbook goes to print.

Note to yearbook advisors that build in Pictavo:
We can upload the image(s) into Pictavo (into photos). Either you can place the cover(s) or we can. If we place the cover(s) in Pictavo, on the cover in your ladder, you have the ability to edit and add elements, text, clipart and photos.

Supplement Pages

Kaiser Studio also offers Supplements (a collection of additional pages bound together to be added in to yearbooks) for hard and soft cover books.

Supplements are great for adding pages about graduation or other events that occur after the book is due for submission so it’s still included in the yearbook.
